Job summary

Foth seeks an Engineering Project Manager – Consumer Products to lead capital and improvement projects for manufacturing clients in the Food & Beverage sector. You will serve as the primary client interface and direct multi-discipline engineering teams from scope development through installation and start-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Capital project experience and multi-discipline team leadership.
• Food & Beverage industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface, leading scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and long-term client relationship management.
• Lead planning and execution of multi-discipline capital projects within budget and schedule.
• Direct and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services; bid evaluation and awards.
• Support installation, check-out, and start-up activities; coordinate OEMs and contractors as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety plans and standards; identify efficiencies and growth opportunities.
• Travel as required (approximately 25–35%).
