Job summary

Foth is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager - Consumer Products to lead capital and improvement projects for manufacturing clients in the Food & Beverage sector. This role serves as the primary client interface and is responsible for successful execution from scope development through installation and start-up.

Located in Wisconsin or other listed offices, the role requires coordinating multi-discipline teams, managing budgets, and traveling 25-35% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Capital project experience with multi-discipline teams.
• Experience leading client interfaces and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface, leading scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and long-term client relationship management.
• Lead the planning and execution of multi-discipline capital projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.
• Direct and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; anticipate staffing needs and provide performance feedback.
• Manage project scope, including documentation and execution of approved changes.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services, including bid evaluation and contract awards.
• Partner with construction management to support installation, technical check-out, and start-up activities; coordinate OEMs and contractors as needed.
• Develop and promote adherence to project-specific safety plans and applicable Foth and client safety standards.
• Identify execution efficiencies and support business development opportunities through strong project delivery.
• Travel as required (approximately 25-35%).
