Job summary

Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR) invites applications for the FFAR Internship - Spring 2027. This remote, part-time internship runs January through June (six months), with up to 29 hours per week.

Interns will support Partnerships & Development, Science, and Impact teams through research, data collection, dashboards, and event coordination, gaining exposure to national and global agricultural research and public-private partnerships.

Qualifications

• Currently a student in undergraduate or graduate study.
• Interest in food and agriculture, nonprofit management, or related fields.
• Two years of college coursework completed preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and research abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and synthesize information to support ongoing FFAR programs and partnerships.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, one-pagers and reports.
• Assist with data entry, tracking and internal dashboards.
• Support event coordination, webinars and partnership convenings.
• Participate in meetings and assist with follow-up communications.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation.
• Assist with project management and administrative tasks.
