Job summary

Pasa Sustainable Agriculture seeks a Farm Data and Coordination Intern to support soil health benchmarks. You will gather and review farmer field data, communicate with farmers and partner organizations, and possibly assist with seasonal fieldwork.

This remote role requires travel within PA and an ability to work with a diverse agricultural community. Starting December 16, 2026, through June 30, 2027, at 25 hrs/week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of farm production experience in annual cropping systems.
• Comfort using spreadsheets to review large data sets.
• Ability to communicate remotely with teams and farmers.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse farmers and partners.
• Detail oriented with procedure adherence.
• Ability to learn new systems and technology.
• Commitment to anti-oppression principles and PASA’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and review field management data from multiple farms.
• Identify missing data and follow up with farmers as needed.
• Follow research protocols and coordinate with the research team.
• Maintain timely communication with researchers, farmers, and partners.
• Review other survey data and support coordination tasks.
• Assist with seasonal fieldwork and other related duties.
