Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects, onboarding FOIA data into RelativityOne with secure, compliant processes. You will collaborate with engineering on tooling and work directly with agency customers to execute migrations efficiently.

The role blends hands-on data engineering with leadership, owning the migration utility backlog, writing user stories, and shaping best practices. U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information management, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in a technical/consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including migrations of structured/semi-structured data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects for FOIA customers and government agencies.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for FOIA agency customers across migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues in collaboration with engineering.
• Own the Data Migration Utility backlog and drive feature specs and validation.
