Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migrations for government FOIA data within RelativityOne. You will define migration tooling requirements, work with engineering, and engage FOIA agencies to execute high-sensitivity data migrations under FedRAMP. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers in a technical/consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; hands-on with JSON, XML, CSV, and scripting (Python/PowerShell).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation; federal clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new customers and government agencies.
• Develop and execute migration plans including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact across the migration lifecycle.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, TAM, and CS teams on government data handling and compliance.
