Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide government data onboarding into RelativityOne. This role blends hands-on migration work with technical leadership, coordinating with engineering and government customers to secure accurate, compliant data transfers.

Due to FedRAMP requirements, the candidate must be a US citizen and eligible for Public Trust clearance. You will define tooling requirements, develop migration playbooks, and ensure data security across sensitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated environments.
• Hands-on data migration, data integration, or data engineering.
• SQL proficiency and data transformation skills (Python, PowerShell, JSON/XML/CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to lead delivery.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migrations for government customers into RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans with mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact across the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot migration issues with engineering teams.
• Lead Data Migration Utility backlog and define feature specs.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; validate features.
• Document migration tool capabilities and best practices.
• Apply FOIA regulations and agency workflows to tailor guidance.
• Collaborate with TAM and CS to onboard new FOIA customers.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.
• Contribute to data security compliance under FedRAMP.
