Placements24 seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to optimize inventory, logistics, and forecasting in a remote-first FMCG environment. You will analyze data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities, while collaborating with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.

The role emphasizes developing performance metrics, supporting demand planning, and enabling smooth product availability across a remote setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (SCM, Logistics, IE, Statistics).
1–3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or operations.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient with data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for inventory, logistics, and forecasting improvements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics for management reports.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales to optimize inventory and ensure product availability.
Assist in demand planning and forecasting to improve accuracy and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
Identify cost-saving opportunities within supply chain operations and support new technology implementations.
