We are looking for a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic IT and operations team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to apply their analytical skills in a tech-driven supply chain environment. While the role is associated with our Alpharetta, GA office, it is offered as a fully remote opportunity.

The ideal candidate will support supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data related to procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as lead time, stock levels, service levels, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, IT, and finance to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest data-driven solutions to improve supply chain performance.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, and capacity analysis using historical and real-time data.
• Assist in system integrations, automation, and ERP data validation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain, operations, or data analysis role.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts, logistics, and procurement workflows.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
