Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of e-commerce management experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of growing e-commerce businesses.
• Knowledge of analytics, marketing channels, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to maximize online sales and profitability.
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Oversee digital merchandising, product content, and online store presentation.
• Develop and implement online marketing campaigns (paid search, social, email) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze e-commerce performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage relationships with e-commerce partners, marketplaces, and 3PL providers.
• Stay current with e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and consumer trends in FMCG.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align online/offline strategy.
• Manage e-commerce budget, track spend and ROI.
• Lead a remote team of e-commerce specialists, fostering collaboration.
