Job summary

Synthlane Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Flutter/Mobile Developer to build and ship our own iOS and Android apps end to end. This role is remote (India) with occasional visits to our Gurugram office, offering a hands-on, product-focused environment where you work directly with the founder.

You will translate product specs into polished screens, integrate with a FastAPI backend and Supabase auth, and contribute analytics with PostHog.

Qualifications

Have at least one app live on Play Store or App Store that you built mostly yourself.
Able to explain every line you commit and use AI coding tools daily.
Strong written and spoken English; clear communication in remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

Build features in our Flutter app and ship them to both the Play Store and the App Store, including signing, releases and store review.
Turn product specs into working screens, handling edge cases like offline mode and slow networks.
Debug your own problems by reading errors, forming hypotheses, and validating fixes.
Integrate with our FastAPI backend and Supabase auth, and add PostHog events to track feature success.
Write native Swift or Kotlin when a Flutter plugin isn’t enough.
