Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Fluid Dynamics AI Reviewer to remotely evaluate prompts and responses against its quality rubric. You will compare paired outputs, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback to retrain the model.

This contractor role requires careful reasoning, detail orientation, and the ability to work asynchronously for at least 10 hours per week. Prior experience in evaluation or content moderation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating AI prompts or similar content.
• Ability to apply a rubric consistently across long batches.
• Excellent written reasoning that names issues and rubric clauses.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs against a rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and justify the chosen answer.
• Label hallucinations and unsafe content with policy tags.
• Flag ambiguous prompts for rubric updates.
• Calibrate scores using gold-standard examples weekly.
