Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Writing Feedback AI Evaluator for a remote evaluation track. You will review prompts and responses against our quality rubric, compare paired outputs, and provide structured feedback to help retrain the model.

Responsibilities include labeling errors, annotating edge cases, and calibrating against gold-standard examples weekly. This is a contractor, remote role with hourly compensation determined after the interview.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on writing feedback AI evaluation or adjacent content.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate writing feedback AI evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags for Writing Feedback AI Evaluator assignments.
• Compare paired responses and pick the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them back to the program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples each week.
