Qualifications

• MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA TO BE CONSIDERED.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Experience with premier carriers (Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Cincinnati, etc.).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid office setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Analyze exposures and recommend insurance solutions for homes, art, yachts, and specialty risks.
• Prepare coverage comparisons, policy reviews, and renewal presentations.
• Coordinate new business, renewals, endorsements, and remarketing efforts.
• Market accounts to premier carriers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Guide clients during claims and advocate for timely resolutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
