Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Experience with premier carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Berkley One, Cincinnati, Travelers Private Client.
• Knowledge of homeowners, automobile, umbrella, valuables, and specialty coverages.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office.
• Hybrid work model with in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with risk-focused guidance.
• Analyze exposures and propose comprehensive personal lines coverages.
• Prepare coverage comparisons and renewal presentations.
• Coordinate new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Negotiate with premier carriers for favorable terms.
• Collaborate with producers and underwriters for seamless service.
• Assist during claims to advocate for clients.
