BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Florida practice remotely. The attorney will manage civil litigation matters, assist with foreclosure-related cases, and collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case resolution.

Florida Bar admission is required, and credit rights/foreclosure experience is preferred. The role requires knowledge of Florida courts and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and court appearances.
• Knowledge of Florida court procedures and civil litigation workflows.
• Experience with creditors' rights, foreclosure, or real estate litigation preferred.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters in Florida courts, including foreclosure-related disputes.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Monitor case progress and develop strategies for resolution.
• Appear in court and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
