Qualifications

• Florida Bar license (active, in good standing)
• Trial and motions practice experience
• Ability to manage disputes through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial
• Professional judgment, responsiveness, and strong client-facing communication in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload that includes Real estate litigation (landlord‑tenant disputes, HOA conflicts, etc.)
• Lead intake strategy through resolution (settlement, mediation/arbitration, or trial)
• Drive discovery strategy and file motions to compel/protective orders
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses
• Appear remotely for hearings and trials when required
• Develop and implement templates, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and quality across matters
