Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Workers' Compensation Defense practice in Florida. This fully remote role allows candidates to manage an independent caseload from anywhere in the state while collaborating with a seasoned Partner to develop litigation strategies and provide high-quality representation to clients.

You will handle a diverse caseload, review medical records, draft motions and pleadings, and communicate regularly with clients, carriers, and employers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience.
• JD and active Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal arguments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Partner with senior attorneys to execute complex litigation strategies and client consultations.
• Analyze medical records to guide case development and liability assessments.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and employers.
