Join us in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with paid training, a draw, and uncapped commissions. The role supports expansion in Lexington with a remote setup and one morning per week in our Louisville office.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven with a focus on performance and results.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to help them select flooring solutions.
• Close sales using company-provided leads; no cold calling.
• Create a five-star in-home experience for customers.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and support.
• Help expand presence in the Lexington market; remote role with weekly Louisville office visit.
