Refloor in Louisville, KY seeks an In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their flooring needs, and close sales using company-provided leads. You will deliver a five-star in-home experience and participate in ongoing coaching and support.

Starting with a four-week hands-on training program (first 2 weeks paid), you can begin earning commissions by week 3. Draws up to $1,600 and a path to significant earnings are available through performance.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Enjoy talking with people and building trust quickly.
• Confident, energetic and able to guide customers through the sales process.
