Refloor is hiring for an in-home flooring sales role in the United States. You will meet with homeowners, help them select the best flooring solution, and close sales using warm company-provided leads without cold calling.

Expect a five-star in-home experience for every customer and ongoing coaching and training. The compensation structure supports performance with a 4-week training, immediate earnings, and strong performance bonuses, including top earners reaching $120K+ and a yearly rewards

Qualifications

• A dependable and flexible individual that is comfortable working weekday evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• A strong communicator who naturally enjoys talking with people, building trust quickly and creating a strong connection with customers.
