Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks passionate BCBAs to provide center-based, in-home, or hybrid services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise behavior plans, and mentor BTs/RBTs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• LABA certification where required by state
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
