Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs for center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules across multiple states. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, supervision of BTs/RBTs, data analysis, and family coaching. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and state licensure where required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
