Zusammenfassung

BMO Financial Group is seeking a full scope Product Controller for U.S. Fixed Income desks, including MBS, Treasuries, Repos, Agencies, Corporates, IRS, Bond Futures and CDX.

You will own daily P&L and PAA reporting, manage balance sheet and income statement lines, and drive monthly analysis across the product suite. The role requires deep knowledge of fixed income products, strong analytical and system skills, and the ability to coordinate Front-to-Back office processes.

Qualifikationen

• Undergrad degree in Accounting or Finance; CFA/CPA a plus; prior fixed income experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income products and the MBS market; excellent computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and review daily P&L and PAA for US Fixed Income desks (e.g., MBS, Treasuries, Repos, Agencies, Corporates, IRS, Bond Futures, CDX).
• Review large fluctuations daily and escalate to management as needed.
• Oversee Front-Office to Back-Office reconciliations and GL postings for product activity.
• Prepare month-end P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations and coordinate with legal, regulatory accounting, risk, and operations.
• Develop understanding of G/Ls and settlement systems (ICI, Calypso, GMI, GlobalOne, ADP, LoanIQ, S4, Progress/Essbase) and ensure correct bookings.
• Record, upload, reconcile and coordinate GL postings; update monthly analyses of key business drivers and commentary.
