Morgan Stanley's Fixed Income Product Control team seeks an Analyst to support controllership, P&L reporting, and balance sheet substantiation. The role partners with Business Unit, Technology, Operations and other Finance stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust controls.

This position offers exposure to global markets and a fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence processes and risk management.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, financial markets.
• Experience in financial services, audit, or product control preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce, investigate, and report daily P&L with key drivers.
• Partner with BU, Technology, Operations and Controllers for P&L reporting.
• Review P&L attribution including Greeks and non-market effects.
• Support monthly net revenue and balance sheet substantiation.
• Escalate, research, and resolve outstanding breaks and issues.
• Contribute to controls, procedures and reporting processes.
• Support ad hoc analyses and finance initiatives.
