Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Personal Trainers to contribute fitness expertise to a project focused on evaluating next-generation AI systems. You will design and review fitness content, assess safety, and provide clear, evidence-based guidance for exercise programming.

Remote role for seasoned professionals with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of SMEs to ensure accuracy and high-quality training materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated expertise in program design, client motivation, exercise instruction, and safe training practices.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate comprehensive fitness and wellness programs tailored to different goals, experience levels and client needs.
• Review fitness-related scenarios and instructional content for accuracy and applicability.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on exercise programming and fitness guidance.
• Evaluate health and safety considerations within exercise routines and recommend best practices.
• Develop motivational strategies and communication approaches for diverse client profiles.
• Review instruction and program design for effectiveness, clarity and progression.
• Identify risks, gaps or inconsistencies in fitness content and provide actionable recommendations.
• Document findings to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to maintain training material quality.
