No prior AI experience is required—your fitness expertise and professional judgment are what matter most. This contractor role offers remote collaboration with other professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Current certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent accredited body.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience designing programs, motivating clients, and teaching safe training practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate fitness and wellness programs tailored to goals and client needs.
• Review fitness-related scenarios and instructional content for accuracy and practicality.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on exercise programming and fitness guidance.
• Evaluate health and safety considerations within routines and recommend best practices.
• Develop motivational strategies and communication approaches for diverse clients.
• Review instruction and program design for effectiveness and appropriate progression.
• Identify risks or gaps in fitness content and provide actionable recommendations.
• Document findings clearly to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with other subject-matter experts to maintain accuracy and relevance.
