Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Certified by NASM, ACE, ACSM or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience developing educational materials or instructional content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate fitness and wellness programs tailored to different goals and client needs.
• Review fitness content for accuracy, clarity, and practicality.
• Provide written and verbal feedback on exercise programming and guidance.
• Assess health and safety considerations within routines and recommend best practices.
• Develop motivational strategies and communication approaches for diverse clients.
• Identify risks or gaps in fitness content and provide actionable recommendations.
• Document findings to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
