Remote Fiserv Technical Support Representative

Role Overview

A Fiserv TSR provides exceptional service and technical support to merchants using Fiserv POS and credit card processing systems. You will assist with setup, updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth payment transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer questions and resolve issues using your expertise and available resources.
  • Assist with transaction processing, refunds, voids, offline processing, and settlements.
  • Order accessories such as power packs, cables, and reference cards.
  • Replace terminals, printers, and pin pads.
  • Perform software downloads, programming, and device troubleshooting.
  • Add disclosures or messages to receipts as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Reside in Nebraska.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • At least one year of customer-facing experience, preferably in financial services, tech support, retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
  • Quiet, secure home environment free from distractions.
  • Basic understanding of financial transactions and payments.
  • Computer literacy, internet navigation, and web applications knowledge.
  • Internet speed: Ping <50 ms, Download >12 Mbps, Upload >2 Mbps.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Work history of 2+ years in relevant roles.
  • Experience in high-volume, metric-driven call centers.
  • Troubleshooting experience in hardware, software, network, or utility services.
Additional Information

Salary: $17/hr
Training begins: July 21, 2025
Training and work schedules: To be determined
Pre-employment checks required: background, credit, drug test
Legal work authorization in the U.S. required (no visa sponsorship)
Remote role; limited in some states listed in the description
