Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of higher education teaching experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, or supporting faculty or instructional staff.
• Ability to leverage data, analytics, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support assigned Associate Faculty.
• Review approximately 50 active course sections weekly for instructional quality.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve instructional practices.
• Teach four First-Year Experience courses annually.
• Collaborate with Course Chairs on faculty performance, staffing, and retention.
