Post University is seeking experienced, engaging, and student‑focused Associate Faculty to teach on‑ground courses within our First Year Experience (FYE) program. These courses are designed to support new students in building foundational skills for academic success, personal development, and career exploration.
Associate Faculty serve as educators, mentors, and motivators, helping students connect coursework to real‑world applications and career pathways while reinforcing that they are capable, valued members of the Post University community.
Faculty are expected to provide timely feedback, a supportive presence on campus, and engage in proactive outreach to students who may be at‑risk.
