Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree, at least three years of higher education teaching, and demonstrated ability to coach faculty while leveraging data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of higher education teaching experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, or supporting faculty or instructional staff.
• Ability to leverage data, analytics, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Teach four courses annually within the First-Year Experience program.
• Provide supervision and coaching for Associate Faculty.
• Review course sections for instructional quality, faculty engagement, grading, and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with Course Chairs on faculty evaluations, staffing decisions, and retention.
• Use data and feedback to drive continuous program improvement and student success.
