Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience, with 7+ years in executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record leading platform organizations with 20+ engineers.
• Deep background in distributed systems and platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical strategy for Bridge platform.
• Architect and oversee development of scalable/platform infrastructure.
• Lead a high-performing organization of 30+ engineers.
