Job summary

Forward Financing is seeking a Lead Total Rewards Partner to architect and scale a global compensation framework. You will design people-centric compensation strategies, champion fair pay, and empower our rapidly growing team across the US and beyond.

In this role, you will lead global program architecture, geographic pay, equity design, leveling, and executive advisory. You will oversee annual compensation cycles, coordinating with finance and HR to optimize our compensation operations within a

Qualifications

7+ years in Compensation, Equity, and Total Rewards at a lead/principal level.
Deep expertise in US and Canadian compensation frameworks, job architecture, pay equity and equity design (Options, RSUs, Phantom Equity).
Advanced analytics: build complex financial models and visualize data for exec decisions.
Experience scaling global companies (500+ employees) and optimizing tools like Rippling, Pave, or Payscale.

Responsibilities

Design global 3-year benefits strategy with differentiated offerings across leadership tiers.
Deploy market data-driven, localized compensation bands.
Evaluate LTIP enhancements in collaboration with Finance to maximize ROI.
Overhaul compensation structures including job leveling and incentive frameworks.
Advise leadership, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition using market insights and equity modeling.
Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonuses, equity refreshes) and optimize workflows.
