Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage origination.
• Active NMLS license required.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage a high-quality mortgage pipeline.
• Partner closely with NWWPA counselors.
• Structure first mortgages with NHSGB DPA second mortgages.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations.
• Represent PHLC/NWWPA at community events.
