Job summary

Cohere is seeking an intermediate-level Talent Sourcer to build a world-class pipeline of business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers, craft creative sourcing strategies, and leverage data to influence decisions while expanding Cohere's network in the US and beyond.

This remote-friendly role involves owning end-to-end sourcing funnels in our ATS and contributing to Cohere's growth from a talent perspective.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience sourcing for business roles (Sales/Finance/Marketing/Operations).
• Proven track record in high-growth and AI/tech environments preferred.
• Established network in business communities.
• Creative problem solver in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Data-driven sourcing decisions and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a pipeline of business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere's premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to engage passive talent with creative sourcing methods.
• Maintain deep market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage comprehensive recruiting funnels in our ATS, updating progress and analytics.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles.
• Cultivate relationships with established networks across business communities and industry leaders.
• Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge.
