Cohere is a global, security-first AI company seeking a Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist. You will shape Cohere's perception in the AI community and drive recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top researchers and engineers.

You will design and execute brand strategy, run multi-channel campaigns, create compelling content, optimize the career site, and analyze metrics to continuously improve our approach. Remote-first with offices worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
• Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Portfolio examples of compelling job descriptions and employee narratives.
• Experience with candidate relationship management tools and career site optimization.
• Data-driven with experience tracking recruitment metrics.
• Creative and strategic, balancing brand consistency with campaign innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a brand strategy that defines Cohere's identity and leadership to target talent groups.
• Run multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and search engines.
• Create compelling content including job descriptions and employee success stories; optimize career site landing pages.
• Maintain and optimize the career site; track engagement with CRM tools.
• Analyse campaign metrics like cost-per-hire, conversion, and ROI to refine approach.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Research to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
• Monitor competitor branding strategies and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to develop targeted campaigns for specific roles.
