Job summary

Gismart is seeking a Billing Manager/Anti-Fraud Manager to enhance payments operations globally. You will monitor billing KPIs, negotiate PSP terms, and collaborate with product, support, finance and engineering to optimize costs and mitigate risk.

We value analytical thinkers who test hypotheses and drive data-driven decisions. English level should be upper-intermediate or higher; experience with PSPs and fraud prevention is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Billing Manager or Anti-Fraud Manager.
• Experience with chargebacks, refunds, performance metrics, cost optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset and systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and formulate hypotheses and solutions.
• Experience with PSPs: Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, Checkout, and others.
• Confidence with orchestration platforms, 3Ds, payment tokenization, chargeback protection, Amplitude, Jira, and Tableau.
• Solid knowledge of alternative payment methods (e.g., PIX, Blik, Cashapp, Revolut).
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs affecting billing efficiency: authorization rate, risk metrics, and cost optimization (detailed analytics).
• Negotiate terms and conditions with payment providers.
• Work closely with product managers, support team, finance, management, and development team.
• Research the most popular payment methods in different markets.

About project:

The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.
