Job summary

BrowserStack is seeking a Lead/Senior Lead, Business Strategy and Operations, to partner with Marketing and GTM leaders to shape growth strategy and an integrated operational plan. You will drive insights from data, manage cross-functional projects, and guide decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy or Management Consulting, ideally with a top firm or in a high-impact corporate strategy role.
• 5+ years in Marketing/Sales Strategy or Research for Marketing/Sales teams.
• Experience with ICP identification across segments and product portfolios.
• Strong ability to analyze data and summarize information from multiple sources.
• Proficient in analytics and developing actionable insights from data.
• Excellent project management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders to develop priorities, growth strategy and an operational plan.
• Support and optimize operations and technology to enable effective marketing at BrowserStack.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and generate insights on market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Own account/enrichment activities and reporting to inform strategy and executive decisions.
• Lead strategic planning, insights generation and support go-to-market initiatives.
