Qualifications

• CA or equivalent with 3+ years in Big 4, fintech, or SaaS.
• Experience in month-end and quarter-end close.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and Ind AS; IFRS and SOX familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and quarter-end close for the India exchange entity, including journal entries and financial statement prep.
• Maintain parallel books under Ind AS and US GAAP with proper reconciliations.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and Source-to-Pay for regulatory filings and intercompany settlements.
• Support liquidity management and safeguarding of customer funds in coordination with Treasury.
• Improve accounting systems, processes, and controls; participate in system integrations and automation.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain up-to-date process documentation.
