Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on risk, fraud, trust and safety, or payments in consumer fintech or e-commerce.
• Track record shipping risk or fraud products that reduced losses, improved detection, or scaled risk controls.
• Strong data-driven decision making: defining metrics, running experiments, interpreting model performance.
• Experience partnering with engineering and data science to build real-time risk systems and ML-powered detection.
• Ability to communicate complex risk trade-offs to senior leadership in business terms.
• Responsible use of AI, with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for risk domains (e.g., ATO prevention, scam detection, payment fraud) and define vision and metrics.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data Science, and Design from concept to launch.
• Translate fraud signals and ML outputs into concrete product requirements and controls.
• Lead experimentation and measure impact on fraud, false positives, and user friction.
• Shape long-term risk product strategy by analyzing industry trends and regulatory shifts.
