Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Risk team to own the product strategy and roadmap for fraud, account takeover, and scam risk across the platform. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Risk Analytics to ship products that stay ahead of evolving threats while keeping the customer experience fast and frictionless.

You will lead cross-functional execution, drive experiments, and measure impact on fraud rates and false positives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in risk, fraud, trust and safety, or payments in fintech or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for one or more risk domains (e.g., ATO prevention, scam detection, payment fraud).
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data Science, and Design from concept through launch.
• Partner with Risk Analytics and ML teams to translate signals into product requirements and control strategies.
• Lead experimentation and measurement of risk interventions, quantifying impact on fraud rates and customer friction.
• Shape long-term risk product strategy by analyzing industry trends and regulatory shifts.
