Job summary

European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the Netherlands and Benelux to drive B2C and B2B2C adoption of Wero. You will coordinate campaigns, forge partnerships with banks, PSPs, and merchants, and align stakeholders across a fast-moving ecosystem.

You will thrive in a remote-first environment, collaborating with colleagues across Europe while meeting quarterly in-person for alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2C/B2B2C marketing or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch payments ecosystem.
• Experience fintech/payments or digital platforms.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2C and B2B2C marketing and partner activation across the Netherlands and Benelux.
• Develop and execute partner marketing programmes with banks, PSPs, merchants and ecosystem partners.
• Build relationships across the payments ecosystem and advise stakeholders.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and activations targeted at B2C audiences.
• Brief and coordinate creative, media and agencies for high-quality execution.
• Monitor market trends and stakeholder sentiment; inform strategy.
• Track campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights.
• Present plans to decision makers and mobilise stakeholders around initiatives.
