Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer lending, mortgage sales, lending operations, or customer experience in financial services.
• 3+ years of people leadership in sales or customer-facing operations.
• Experience leading teams responsible for sales conversion, loan production, or customer acquisition performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, Licensed Loan Advisor, and Customer Experience teams with clear performance expectations.
• Own strategy and execution of Home Lending sales and customer engagement to improve conversion.
• Develop and optimize sales, outreach, and lead management to improve contact rates and completion.
