Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking a Product Manager for the Turnitin Feedback Studio (TFS) team to expand value within educators’ learning environments. You’ll lead assignment workflows, collaborate across UX, engineering, and customers, and translate needs into technical backlogs for delivery.

You’ll thrive in a remote-first culture, communicating effectively with stakeholders and driving product development from concept to launch while ensuring accessibility and data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies and backlogs.
• Experience partnering with engineering to scope, plan and deliver features.
• Experience gathering feedback from customers to validate requirements and ensure post-release success.
• Experience coordinating with sales, marketing and executives to align delivery with business strategy.
• Strong analytical skills using metrics to drive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Inform and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to define requirements and solve for capabilities.
• Provide detailed requirements for features and enhancements to the engineering team.
• Define and report roadmap status aligned with objectives and market needs.
• Analyze user feedback, data, and trends to refine offerings.
• Ensure accessibility, data privacy, and interoperability compliance.
• Support releases with accurate messaging, onboarding and support.
