Job summary
Turnitin is seeking a Product Manager for the Turnitin Feedback Studio team to drive workflow improvements and LMS integrations. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements and backlogs and work with UX, engineering, and support in a remote-first environment.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in product management, agile experience, and familiarity with LMS ecosystems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle).
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in product management or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Agile software development and backlogs.
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
- Experience partnering with engineering and UX teams.
- Familiarity with LMS ecosystems and educational tech.
Responsibilities
- Inform and maintain the product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX to define requirements.
- Support releases with accurate market messaging and onboarding.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to improve offerings.
- Ensure accessibility, privacy, and interoperability compliance.
- Work across teams to enable successful product delivery.
