Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Wallets PM to own the Unified Custody roadmap and drive custody/DeFi product strategy for institutional clients.

You will collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to ensure compliant, scalable solutions and partner with customers to shape the roadmap around assets-on-platform and revenue targets. Qualifications

5+ years in product management shipping developer-facing or API-first products.
Deep understanding of crypto custody models and DeFi primitives.
Track record shipping 0-to-1 products with engineering teams and enterprises.
Comfort in regulated environments; licensing, asset segregation, risk frameworks.
Data-driven prioritization with upfront metrics and accountability.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Own the Unified Custody roadmap end to end.
Define the product strategy for custody model optionality (self-custody, custodial, hybrid).
Partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to launch custody/DeFi products.
Translate customer and launch-partner needs into a prioritized roadmap tied to assets and revenue.
Measure and grow adoption and revenue with clear funnel metrics.
