Job summary

Coinbase is building crypto infrastructure at scale for fintechs, brokers, and corporates. As the Wallets PM, you own the Unified Custody roadmap end to end and shape custody model options so customers choose self-custody, custodial, or hybrid without rebuilding integrations.

You will partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to launch custody and DeFi products that meet key management and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping developer-facing or API-first products.
• Deep understanding of crypto custody models and DeFi primitives.
• Track record shipping 0-to-1 products with engineering teams.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with licensing, asset segregation, and risk frameworks.
• Data-driven prioritization with clear adoption and revenue goals.
• Responsible use of AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Unified Custody roadmap end to end.
• Define the product strategy for custody model options (self-custody, custodial, hybrid).
• Partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to launch custody and DeFi products meeting regulatory standards.
• Translate customer and launch-partner needs into a prioritized roadmap tied to assets-on-platform and revenue targets.
• Measure and grow adoption: AOP and revenue with clear funnel metrics from integration to funded accounts.
