Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in customer service, call center, pharmacy operations, or healthcare operations.
• 2+ years of people-leadership experience with coaching and accountability practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Patient Services operations including staffing, service levels, and escalation management.
• Directly manage Supervisors and leaders through coaching and development planning.
• Monitor KPIs, quality findings, and trends to implement corrective actions.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and knowledge management with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve end-to-end service.
