Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Part Time Infusion Nurse to join our Asheville, NC infusion center. You will deliver infusions or injections, assess and document health status, and coordinate with referring providers to ensure safe, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate is licensed in North Carolina, has excellent IV skills, and is comfortable with electronic health records. BLS CPR required; ACLS & PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• ACLS & PALS Certification (preferred)
• Current BLS CPR certification
• Excellent IV skills (infusion therapy experience a plus)
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Part-time with the potential to move to full-time

Responsibilities

• Assess and document the health status of the patient
• Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and organization guidelines
• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies
• Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers, such as order clarification, patient status, and plan of care
• Provide onsite supervision for all patients
